Email and Newsletter
We send two kinds of email. Service emails are about your quote, order, payment, delivery, or event. Marketing emails include our newsletter and promotions.
Our email platform may tell us whether you opened an email and which links you clicked. You can stop marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing us at lakshmi@bluegrassrental.com. If you have an open order or event with us, we will still send you service emails about it.
How We Share Your Information
We share your information only as described below:
Service providers. Companies that help us run the business, such as our website and online ordering platform, payment processor, website chat platform, visitor identification service, email and text messaging platforms, analytics providers, and advertising providers. Event vendors and suppliers. When you hire us for planning or décor, or when we source an item we do not hold in our own inventory, we may share the event details needed with the vendors and suppliers we coordinate with on your behalf, such as florists, venues, and other rental suppliers.
