  • Depending on your needs, we can assist with venue selection, trusted vendor recommendations, vendor coordination and negotiation, timelines, event logistics, decor, and execution.

  • The earlier we can become involved, the more we can help. However, we can also step into the planning process after you've already selected your venue or some of your vendors.

  • Yes. We can recommend experienced vendors, help you evaluate your options, and assist with negotiations. We do not accept vendor commissions, so our focus remains on what's best for you.

  • Yes. We can work with out-of-town couples and families through phone and video meetings while coordinating the details of their Kentucky wedding.
